Laura’s leadership and creativity has been recognized by Ad Age, Adweek, Business Insider, Forbes, Clios, Effies, and the One Show, among others.

Before Instacart, Jones spent six years at Uber, most recently as Global Head of Marketing for its Rides business, where she built the global product marketing function from the ground up across the company's entire portfolio. Prior to Uber, she held senior marketing roles at Google and Visa.

Beyond her operating role, Jones serves on the boards of Match Group (parent company of Tinder and Hinge), where she sits on the Compensation Committee, and UNICEF USA, where she co-chairs the Marketing and Philanthropy Committee.
