Your partner in business

When the need strikes, Instacart Business is always here for you, our most important customer. Here’s how we’ve shown up for you this past year.

More of what you shop, closer at hand: We deepened our relationship with Restaurant Depot, launching a new combined mobile app and website powered by both Instacart Business and Storefront Pro.

Faster fills when you’re in a pinch: We partnered with PRO*ACT, a leading fresh produce provider, to help Instacart Business customers place last-minute "fill-in" orders via Will Call Deliver.

More control for your team, less friction: We added new tools and controls for Instacart Business account admins, including:

  • More granular approvals: admins can now set up group-based approval rules, controlling which approvers are notified and authorized for each user group in their organization
  • Self-service business account transfers: users can now move between organizations without filing a manual support request If you want to take advantage of these improvements or learn more about them, please reach out to us at Instacart.com/business/contact
