Since launching Cart Star, we've been committed to rewarding and recognizing shoppers who consistently deliver outstanding experiences to their customers. Today, we’re introducing points to Cart Star to give you more flexibility to reach higher tiers and rewards. Starting October 1, every completed order earns 10 points and some batches will earn extra points on top.

How extra points opportunities work

Cart Star qualification is changing from a minimum number of completed orders to a minimum number of earned points each three-month period. Every completed order earns 10 points, so the number of orders needed to reach each tier isn't increasing. Some batches also earn extra points, giving you more ways to reach higher tiers. 

Batches that earn extra points tend to require more effort, based on factors like number of orders, delivery distance, and number of items. We’ll let you know upfront when all batches earn extra points in your area—most common during busy times. Opportunities for extra points can vary by the area you're in.

You will see the total points you can earn for completing an available batch marked in the app. 

For example, a 2-order shop & deliver batch with a total of 25 points qualifies for 5 extra points (10 per completed order × 2, plus 5 more points).
